New MD for RA

Restaurant Associates has announced a series of strategic promotions to support its ongoing expansion plans.

Most notably, Sally Hillman takes on the role of managing director. She boasts a wealth of experience from a career spanning two decades in high-end leisure and hospitality, and will oversee an impressive portfolio of both national and global customers.

Phil Clerkin, who has been at the company for over a decade, will transition from his current role as operations director to take on the position of business director. Also, Eloisa Cackett has joined the business as operations director, to oversee some of Restaurant Associates prestigious B&I clients.
