New president for Réunion des Gastronomes

The Réunion des Gastronomes has announced the appointment of Paul Evans FIH as its new president, succeeding Bill Brogan. Accompanying him in this new chapter is Janet Wigley, who has been appointed vice president.

Evans, a fellow of the Institute of Hospitality (IoH), brings decades of experience to the role. He has served in a number of senior hospitality leadership roles and is also currently chair of the London Region of the IoH.

'An incredible honour'
“It is an incredible honour to take on the role,” he said. “I follow in the footsteps of remarkable leaders and I’m excited to continue building on the association’s mission – championing excellence, supporting our members and helping to nurture the future leaders of our industry.”
