Clark promoted to new Aramark sports division

Aramark UK has announced Daniel Clark as managing director to oversee its newly established sports and entertainment division.

Aramark UK has announced Daniel Clark as managing director to oversee its newly established sports and entertainment division. He will be instrumental in the expansion of this sector, which now includes Aramark’s Merlin Entertainments business, alongside significant contracts with Everton Stadium and Sussex County Cricket Club.

Clark, previously the global account director for Merlin, has successfully led foodservice operations for world-renowned attractions including Chessington World of Adventures, Alton Towers and Thorpe Park. Prior to joining Aramark, he delivered significant growth at major venues including London Stadium, Wembley Stadium and the O2 Arena.

'Ambitious plans'
Helen Milligan-Smith, chief executive officer and president of Aramark UK and global offshore, said: “We have ambitious plans to revolutionise the sports and entertainment foodservice experience and I am thrilled to have Daniel lead this.
