Zest Quest Asia, which is now in its 13th year, is once again open for entries.
Zest Quest Asia, which is now in its 13th year, is once again open for entries. The annual competition is expected to attract dozens of talented and ambitious students from across the UK with its challenging criteria and the promise of national recognition.
The first prize of an all-expenses-paid weeklong trip of a lifetime to a surprise Asian destination is once again being offered to spur on colleges and their tutors to support the entry of teams. The finalists will be tasked with displaying their knowledge and skill in preparing and interpreting authentic Asian cuisine.
