Compass appoints armed forces committee co-chair

Compass Group UK and Ireland has appointed Kris Nicholson as co-chair of its armed forces committee. He joined the company as business director for ESS last year, following a distinguished 34-year career in the Royal Navy as a Logistics Officer.

As both a veteran and an active reservist, Nicholson provides a deep understanding of the armed forces community and a strong commitment to supporting its members. Compass says that this passion and insight will be invaluable as the network evolves.

Nicholson said: “The work undertaken by this network to date has been incredible, providing not just support but actually driving meaningful change for military communities. I’m looking forward to working with the brilliant group of dedicated and enthusiastic ambassadors to continue and develop the great work being done in this important space.”
