Restaurant Associates recently launched the Steve Groves Culinary Academy, a new initiative that the caterer says will form a key part of its learning and development strategy. Designed to nurture and develop culinary talent across its portfolio, the academy represents a significant investment in the future of the company’s chefs.

More than just a qualification, the Steve Groves Culinary Academy is a level three apprenticeship programme delivered in partnership with HIT Training, featuring a personalised development plan tailored to each candidate. Delivered over 18 months, it gives chefs the opportunity to elevate their craft through a combination of hands-on culinary training and structured leadership development.
