Jepson joins Sodexo health and care
Rob Jepson has been appointed as chief executive officer for Sodexo UK and Ireland’s health and care business.
Rob Jepson has been appointed as chief executive officer for Sodexo UK and Ireland’s health and care business. Board director Philip Leigh will lead on strategic projects across the region.
Before joining Sodexo, Jepson was group director of estates and facilities at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT), one of the largest acute trusts in the UK. He has extensive operational and leadership experience in facilities management across the public and private sectors.
'A natural step'
Jean Renton, chief executive officer of Sodexo UK and Ireland, said: “I am pleased to welcome Rob as our new CEO for health and care. With his experience in leading NHS estates, multi-site operational delivery and commercial experience, he is well positioned to lead the business and support our clients' priorities for safe, reliable and responsive services.”
