Francis in at OCS

OCS has announced the appointment of Ringo Francis as non-executive director. He brings a wealth of experience in the cleaning and hygiene industry, aligning perfectly with the global facilities services group’s stated intention to make people and places the best they can be.

Francis, the founder and former CEO of The Zenith Hygiene Group, led the company from its inception in 1996 to its sale to Bain Capital in April 2018. Under his leadership, Zenith Hygiene grew from annual revenues of over £1m in its first year to approximately £100m through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
