RHC appoints Crocker as new VP

Rhubarb Hospitality Collection has appointed Tom Crocker as its new vice president of business development.

Rhubarb Hospitality Collection (RHC) has appointed Tom Crocker as its new vice president of business development. He will focus on delivering growth across the caterer’s key channels including iconic venues, cultural locations, business & industry and travel locations.

Crocker joins RHC with more than 15 years of experience working with some of the most reputable food and events companies globally. In his most recent role as business and innovation director for Aramark, he delivered impressive year-on-year growth and worked to drive innovation in technology, brand development, concept ideation and culinary partnerships within the UK market.
