Notes Coffee Roasters introduces matcha tea

Notes Coffee Roasters has introduced a matcha tea to its extensive wholesale hot beverages offer, adding to the premium coffees, teas and hot chocolate already available to the trade. The Japanese Matcha Grade III powder is supplied by Lalani and Co and is now available to Notes’ wholesale customers after proving popular in Notes’ own coffee shops.

Matcha tea is most used for matcha lattes, as well as smoothies and a wide range of baking recipes, plus ice cream. Grown in Japan, the leaves are shade-grown and milled into a powder shortly before shipping to provide a distinctive green tea that is high in antioxidants, shown to boost brain performance.
