Ferrante in at IoH Cymru

Thomas Agius Ferrante MIH, director of operations for Seren, has been appointed as the new chair of the Institute of Hospitality (IoH) Cymru (Wales) region. The outgoing chair, Ifty Hassan MBA, MSc, MIH, remains on the committee.

Ferrante said: “I am delighted to be taking on the position of IoH Cymru chair. The IoH has an important role to play in the success of the Welsh hospitality sector and I am looking forward to working with the dedicated IoH Cymru team to build on the excellent work already achieved.”

Chief executive officer Robert Richardson FIH MI added: “The IoH Cymru region is a long-standing part of the Institute and their work in helping support our Welsh regional members to date has been considerable.

“I would like to thank Ifty for his dedication and commitment as outgoing chair and welcome Thomas into the role. I’m sure he will build on the wonderful work already completed.”
