New La Lorraine sweet treats

La Lorraine Bakery Group is giving caterers the opportunity to drive sales of sweet baked goods with the launch of a new range of tartlets, bases and pastries, plus a cake.

Another must-have menu item for any catering outlet is the brand-new Lemon Poppy Seed Cake. It offers a rich and tender pound cake, made with concentrated natural lemon juice with lemon zest, poppy seeds, wheat flour, 8% butter, cream and eggs.

Finaly, perfect for breakfast and on-the-go are its two new Butter Croissants. These fully baked, golden brown butter croissants offering exceptional quality and a full, rich taste.
