BM promotes two

BM Caterers has created two new roles to support the expansion of its food and operations – promoting Daryll Young to head of chef development and innovation, and Phil Leicester to head of culinary sales and retention. 

In his new role, Young will focus on developing the catering business’s food offer, keeping up with food trends, and providing training and insight to BM’s chef teams in order to facilitate this. Leicester, meanwhile, will be focusing on business growth and the retention of clients.

BM chef director Pete Redman said: “Daryll and Phil have both been extremely loyal and highly valued team members at BM, as well as a massive part of our success. With the scope of their new roles, I know their contribution to the business’s food offering, reputation and culture will continue to grow.”
