New premium viennoiserie from Délifrance
They are part of its Héritage premium range.
Délifrance has launched Les Passionnés, part of its Héritage premium range, which consists of a ready-to-bake Croissant and Pain au Chocolat. The rich, voluminous Croissant is generously proportioned with 24 layers of puff pastry and a butter content. The ever-indulgent Pain au Chocolat, meanwhile, has an artisan-style, domed shape.
Stéphanie Brillouet, marketing director for Délifrance, said: “Les Passiones are a wonderful addition to the Heritage viennoiserie. Their shape is closer to artisan-style pastries, as well as their carefully selected ingredients and taste.
