Levy combines Irish business with Fitzers Catering

Levy UK and Irelandhas announced that it is combining its Irish business with Fitzers Catering, an Irish family-owned catering company. This will build on Levy's existing presence in the region, which already includes the Aviva Stadium.

The new partnership will allow Fitzers to leverage Levy’s scale and experience to expand its operations and enable Levy to grow further into the Irish market in seven venues in total.

Operating since 1986, Fitzers’ venues include Convention Centre Dublin, host venue for Dublin Comic Con; Leopardstown Racecourse, the home of the Dublin Racing Festival; Fairyhouse Racecourse, the venue for the Irish Grand National; and The Curragh, host of the Irish Derby Festival.

Jonathan Davies, managing director of Levy UK and Ireland, said: “Fitzers Catering is a highly-regarded foodservice business in Ireland, and like Levy it is squarely focused on culinary excellence and innovation, superb customer service and the power of talent in the hospitality industry. There is a significant opportunity with this partnership to strengthen both parties and this will further enhance our customer proposition in the Irish market.”

Barry Storey, managing director of Fitzers Catering, added: “We are proud to be joining the Levy family, renowned for its guest-first approach and commitment to improving the future of hospitality. Our shared passion for excellence in food, service and purpose make this partnership a real win for both companies and the customers we are proud to serve.”
