Foodservice Football returns!

Six years since our first charity kickabout, Foodservice Football, which is organised by H2O Publishing, will return on 22nd June 2023 in Kent. The first event was a great success, raising money for the Manchester bomb victims while getting industry friends and colleagues together, but the pandemic has prolonged the hosting of the follow-up fixture.

This time, it will be held at Bromley FC in memory of H2O’s much-missed Morag Wilson, who we tragically lost to bowel cancer. She was also well-known and loved across the industry.

As well as the ‘industry all-stars’ football match itself, there will be a bar with a DJ and some great raffle prizes to be won. All proceeds will go to Bowel Cancer UK.

Henry Norman, editor of Contract Catering magazine, said: “Morag was such a genuinely kind-hearted and warm person that I’m sure her memory remains vivid for everyone who knew her. There really was no other choice when it came to who to honour when planning this event, and we really hope you can help us to do so, all while having some fun and supporting a great cause.”
