Victor Ceserani fundraiser lunch

Chris and Jeff Galvin are hosting a lunch at Galvin at Windows on 18th April to support The Victor Ceserani Foundation, helping those entering the profession who need that little bit of support. Besides the hosts, attendees will include both David Foskett, MBE and John Cousins, and the organisers also hope to have a contribution from Ronnie Kinton, who is now nearly 102.

Lunch, at £105pp, will be based on some of Ceserani's favourite recipes, with a selection of wines to accompany each course. All the profits from the lunch and raffle will be donated to the Victor Ceserani Foundation, which gives bursaries to help those starting their careers in the hospitality industry.
