Philpott supports Savore

Mark Philpott has joined Savore, London’s latest independent workplace dining provider, as non-executive chairman. The company has already won a five-year contract with a leading global consultant’s UK head office.

He joins chef-turned-operator Dan Kelly, who launched the business in late 2022, while their former Vacherin colleague Clive Hetherington is also investing. Philpott, who together with Hetherington founded Vacherin in 2002, has enjoyed a celebrated career at the forefront of the London catering sector.

Kelly, Savore creator and principal, said: “I couldn’t be more delighted to have attracted Mark and Clive as investors in the business. The depth of their joint market knowledge and experience in creating an industry-leading brand from the ground up will make a significant mark on Savore’s development.
