BM first UK caterer to serve ROC coffee
ROC uses the USDA Certified Organic standard as a baseline.
BM Caterers has become the first and only contract caterer in the UK to serve Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) coffee to clients. Bella Barista, its partner roaster, has also become the first coffee roaster in the UK and Europe to be licensed and certified Regenerative Organic.
ROC uses the USDA Certified Organic standard as a baseline. It adds further criteria and benchmarks to certify farms and products that meet the highest organic agricultural standards for soil health, animal welfare and farm worker fairness.
