CSM Ingredients has launched a new addition to its foodservice range.

CSM Ingredients has launched a new addition to its foodservice range with a Reduced Sugar Cookie Mix that complies with the government's school sugar guidelines. Available in Plain and Chocolate, it contains 30% less sugar and creates an indulgent artisan cookie that is crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy in the middle. 

The easy-to-use mix can be utilised by all skill levels, requiring just water and Marvello cake margarine, and is perfect for adding healthy inclusions, including chai seeds, banana pieces, cranberry and oats. Alternatively, add a decoration drizzle with a light sprinkle or a little dunk with crembel.
